Core Realty Seller Pricing for À la carte Services

As you may have noticed in the above picture, there are many items that your Core Realty Listing Agent is doing to help procure a sale for you at the best price and terms. You may want the option to handle certain items and only want limited help. 

Prepare a CMA with included comparable properties and a suggested listing price. This includes up to 1 hour at your property with an emailed CMA within 24 hours of the visit. This also includes a list of recommended repairs specific to FHA, DVA and USDA financing, if any are noted.                                                                                    $  700.00                                                                                                                                                                                         

Listing on the MLS only with no assistance from your Core Listing Agent in completing the MLS forms necessary to be placed. Seller responsible for all information provided. Use of an online Showing Request Platform included. Seller would be responsible for all Agent and Buyer inquiries as well as negotiations, paperwork.  If assistance in filling out the MLS paperwork is desired, add $ 200.00, which will also include at least 1 SM posting on FB and/or IG.                                                                                         $   595.00                                                                                                          

Arrange for professional pictures and measurements starting from $ 225.00 for a minimum of 15 pictures. Drone, measurements, nighttime extra, distance extra    $   225.00                        

Your Core Listing Agent handling all Agent and Buyer Inquiries, negotiations and offer paperwork via electronic signatures. This also includes compliance review of all contract documents and advice for negotiations and covers all amendments needed after initial offer acceptance.                                                                               $ 3500.00

Your Core Listing Agent assisting you with paperwork after a contract is negotiated, signed and ready to go to closing company. Individual showings are billed at an hourly rate of $ 50.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum and billed in .5 increments after the first hour.                                             $     50.00

The above pricing are the posted fees for À la carte servicing and not commission. Fees are expected to be paid ahead of the service being offered. Any deviation must be in writing signed by Seller, Core Realty Agent and Core Realty Broker. All commissions are negotiable, but fees are not.

Core Realty is proud to offer full service commission only packages. If you choose this option, no payment is due until property is closed and funded and is paid to Core Realty directly from the title company. 

All Sellers pay a $ 595.00 broker commission to Core Realty, LLC at the time of a successful closing. This is in addition to any services selected above or other compensation agreed upon within the contract.
